Pack The Place Conference: ticket, refund and recording terms

Effective October 21, 2026. These event-specific policies apply to purchases for Pack The Place Conference.

Tickets

You may request a full ticket refund at least seven days before the event’s published start time. After that cutoff, tickets are not refundable for a change of mind.

Replays

You may request a full replay refund before replay access is delivered. After access is delivered, replays are not refundable for a change of mind. If a replay is offered for immediate access, that will be disclosed before payment; receiving that access ends the change-of-mind refund period.

Exceptions, cancellation and rescheduling

Exceptions apply to duplicate charges, undelivered purchases, unresolved access problems and refunds required by applicable law. If we cancel a purchase, we will refund that canceled purchase. If we reschedule the event, you may accept the new date or request a refund.

Recording, replays and promotional use

I consent to Pack The Place Conference recording my name, image, voice and the contributions I choose to share on camera or microphone during the event, and using those recordings in event replays and promotional materials for Pack The Place Conference. Camera and microphone participation is optional, and I may attend with both off. This consent does not cover private chat, private messages or unrelated personal information.

Checkout asks for affirmative agreement to the recording notice. Turning on a camera by itself is not treated as agreement. We provide a reminder before camera or microphone participation.

Items and total

Review the exact items, quantities and total before paying. Optional second tickets, replays and Action Packs are separate from the primary live ticket unless expressly included in the order shown.
